By placing an order through Aline Mart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Aline Mart (“Aline Mart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through its e-commerce website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contract Formation

Your order constitutes a legal offer to purchase products from the seller. Order confirmation messages are acknowledgements of order details only and do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched.

Dispatch timelines are estimates only and may vary due to third-party logistics. Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch. Any prepaid amounts will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Return

A customer may request a return or replacement within seven (7) days from the date of delivery if the product: (a) is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery; (b) is incorrect or does not match the description displayed on the website; or (c) is incomplete, missing parts, or accessories.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged due to misuse, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

3.2 Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return request, the customer must notify Aline Mart within the return window by: (a) contacting Customer Support through the website; (b) communicating via official Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp Business; or (c) delivering or couriering the product to Aline Mart’s designated office address.

Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided for all return requests.

3.3 Inspection and Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection and quality verification by the seller or Aline Mart. Approval or rejection of a return request shall be at the sole discretion of the seller, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

3.4 Replacement

If the return is approved, Aline Mart may, at its discretion, offer a replacement of the same product subject to stock availability. Replacement delivery timelines may vary.

3.5 Refunds

If a refund is approved, it shall be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date the returned product is received and approved. Refunds shall be made using the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by Aline Mart.

Refund amounts shall be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer, excluding delivery charges, discounts, promotional benefits, or return fees, unless otherwise required by law.

3.6 Return Fees

A return or handling fee may be applicable unless the return is due to seller error, defective product, or incorrect delivery.

3.7 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. Such exclusions shall be clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.

3.8 Seller Warranty

For issues arising after the return window, customers must rely on the applicable seller or manufacturer warranty, if any. Aline Mart shall not be responsible for warranty claims beyond facilitating communication with the seller.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Aline Mart reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or unavailability. Refunds will be processed according to applicable policies.

5. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes as per the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and services are provided on an “as is” basis. Aline Mart makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or product quality. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Personal Information

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws to process orders, improve services, and prevent fraud.

8. Force Majeure

Aline Mart shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Courts located in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Compliance with Bangladesh Consumer Rights Act, 2009

Aline Mart operates in compliance with the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 and applicable rules and regulations. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
