Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Aline Mart through its website and mobile platforms.

Before You Request a Return

Please keep your invoice or order ID ready, and make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging where applicable.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, hygiene products, intimate items, and customized products are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process

Customers must initiate a return request through Customer Support and provide proof of purchase. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

4. Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection. Aline Mart reserves the right to approve or reject any return request.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days after inspection approval.

6. Refund Method

  • Digital Payments (bKash, Nagad, Cards, Bank Transfer): Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile financial services upon receiving customer details.

7. Refund Deductions

Delivery charges, return fees, discounts, or promotional benefits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Seller Warranty

Issues beyond the return period are subject to seller or manufacturer warranty.

9. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Bangladesh Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
